About Nine Dragons Paper

Nine Dragons Paper was established in year 1995, headquartered in Dongguan in Guangdong province, and has becoming a public company in Hong Kong Stock Exchange since year 2006. It now is the world’s leading enterprise in global production capacity and forest pulp paper integration (main products are Various types of environmentally friendly packaging paper, high-grade all wood pulp paper, and their upstream and downstream industrial chains). The enterprise’s yearly design production capability is about 18 million tons, and there are 20 thousand employees.

Jiulong Paper currently has production bases in Dongguan, Taicang, Chongqing, Tianjin, Leshan, Quanzhou, Shenyang, Hebei, and Hubei in China, and has built a pulp and paper base in Beihai, Guangxi. Nine Dragons Paper actively responded to the "the Belt and Road" initiative, constantly promoted international development, improved the industrial chain, completed the acquisition and holding of Vietnam Zhengyang Paper in 2008, entered the ASEAN market. It completed the expansion of the second phase of the Vietnam base in 2017, and became a leading enterprise in Vietnam's paper industry.

Project Content

Since year 2022, BASKA has achieved cooperation with the subsidiary company of Nine Dragons Paper, BASKA grid couplings are applied in its production bases in Dongguan, Taicang and Beihai.

In 2022, BASKA signed contract with Sichuan Zigong Conveying Machine Group Co., Ltd, Jiaozuo Creation Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd., providing 22 sets of grid couplings for Nine Dragons Paper Dongguan production base port project.

Since 2022, BASKA signed contract with Jiaozuo Creation Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. providing totally 29 sets of grid couplings and components for Nine Dragons Paper Hubei production base conveyor and port projects.

In 2022, BASKA provided 29 sets of grid couplings for Nine Dragons Paper Taicang production base conveyor project and ship-loader project. In 2023, BASKA provided 16 sets of grid couplings for Nine Dragons Paper Beihai production base 345 conveyor project.

About Liansheng Paper

Liansheng Paper Industry (Longhai) Co., Ltd. built its factory in the Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone, Fujian Province in 2010. It is a leading enterprise in Fujian Province, who integrates environmentally friendly papermaking and cogeneration with recycled resource waste paper as the main raw material. The company is located in the Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone adjacent to Xiamen, with over 2300 employees, covering an area of 1500 acres, and producing 2.6 million tons of packaging paper annually.

In March 2020, Liansheng Paper Industry's annual production of 3.9 million tons of forest pulp paper integration project was officially signed and settled in Chihu Town, Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou, Fujian. According to the project environmental assessment announcement, the project plans to produce 1.2 million tons/year of chemical pulp (self use), 1.06 million tons/year of chemical mechanical pulp (self use), 2 million tons/year of high-end coated white cardboard, 400 thousand tons/year of high-end cultural paper, and 300 thousand tons/year of household paper base paper.

Project Content

In 2022, BASKA signed contract with Jiaozuo Creation Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd., provide 61 sets of grid couplings for Liansheng Paper conveyor project.

In 2023, BASKA provided 50 sets of grid couplings and components for Liansheng Paper chemical pulp project, and 23 sets of grid couplings for its 171 spare parts project.

The grid couplings applied on Nine Dragons Paper and Liansheng Paper projects, are featured with superior cushioning performance. As the actual load is changing, the spring will deform to some extent accordingly, so to fit the shape of the teeth on hub, which will help protect the hosting equipment by reducing impact and vibration.

As more BASKA grid couplings are gradually applied on production lines of Nine Dragons Paper and Liansheng Paper projects, the brand and product series are gradually unified. The combination of efficient transmission products and collaboration of software and hardware will help customers further improve production efficiency and create more value.
